Dubai 10-Year Golden Visa Requirements:
- A minimum investment of AED 2 million in a trade license or UAE real estate
- Property Ownership: Holding property valued at a minimum of AED 2 million
- Bank Investments: Maintaining bank investments of at least AED 2 million for a duration of 2 years
Directors/CEOs/Executives
- Salary Requirement: Earning a minimum monthly salary of AED 30,000, with proof of the last 6 months' pay slips
